Turned the Corner Saturday!!
Leah had a teriific day Saturday--No headaches and was able to take several walks, visit the play room and enjoy some short visits from her cousins, aunts & uncles. Her appetite still hasn't come back and from the photo you can see her IV is still in, but she is getting stronger every day. The hospital play room is all decorated for halloween and lots for pumpkins have been given silly faces by the kids. If all continues to be good Saturday night and Sunday morning, Leah hopes she will be able to go home Sunday or Monday, at the latest!

So glad that you are feeling better today and the headache has gone away. Good to see you are up and visiting with your family and enjoying some time in the play area. Hang in there girl. Hope and pray you get to go home soon.

Hi Leah, I'm so glad that you're up and about. You look wonderful and I hope with each day you feel a little better. I miss seeing you during bus duty each day. Before you know it you'll be back. Miss you!
